Secure Transport Protocol
Daily disinfection of the vehicle by ozone machine.

Our buses and minibuses are equipped with air conditioning and heating with capacity from 1 to 55 people. Transfers are direct to your destination.
Child seats are available on request at no extra cost. We specialise in transporting bicycles, golf equipment and other objects such as diving equipment around the island. Vehicles for people with reduced mobility are available on request.
Book in advance and pay on collection at Palma de Mallorca airport.
Rent our bus for a day, and then decide what you want to visit. We offer our service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Your driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point, to accompany you to your vehicle. We monitor all flight numbers, so if your flight is changed, our presence is assured.
Your vehicle will be parked close to the meeting point for a quick service without delay.
We offer transfers with expert drivers, complying with current safety standards, for transfers to the airport, port, Fincas, hotels, business trips, events …. anywhere on the island of Mallorca. Our drivers have years of experience in the sector, they will accompany you to your destination or place of interest, such as wonderful beaches, starting points for hiking, diving, mountain, or any tourist place you want to visit.

Where do I find the driver?
Your driver will await you at the Airport Meeting Point with a sign with your name on it. The Meeting Point is located in the middle of the arrivals hall, opposite gate C, exit no. 4.
What if I can't find the driver?
If you cannot find the driver, please contact us by calling the telephone number provided in the reservation.
Will other passengers travel with me?
No, in our company all transfers are totally private.
We do not have shared transfers.
Do children and babies count as passengers?
Yes, they count as passengers, since they occupy a seat, the regulations do not allow children to be seated on top of an adult during the journeys.
Do you have baby seats or boosters for children?
Yes, we have safety seats for children and babies, simply indicate in the reservation which seat you need or the age and weight of the child / baby.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Do not worry, if you provide us with the flight number, the driver can know your status at all times. Likewise, for your peace of mind, you can notify us of any changes to your flight.
Which is the method of payment?
The payment method is in cash to the conduit at the time of performing the service. If you wish, you can pay by credit card by requesting it in advance when making the reservation.
Also, you can make the payment by bank transfer one week in advance of the day of the service.
When do I have to book?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, due to availability.
If you need a last minute service, do not hesitate to check availability.
Can I travel with sports equipment?
Yes, at Rafabus we have vehicles and trailers to transport your special luggage (Bicycles, golf bags, instruments … etc.)
It may have an additional charge, check your budget without obligation.
What is the correct pick-up time for my transfer to the Airport?
The pick-up time will depend on where you are staying, check it on your request or with your driver.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, 24 hours in advance. Some changes, such as a different zone or number of passengers, may be different from the agreed price.
What happens if we arrive on different flights?
Make the reservation with the arrival time of the last flight, provide us with the flight numbers and the driver will come to pick them up at the arrival of the last flight.
Can I make an additional stop?
Yes, let us know in your reservation. Your stop could be different hotels, key / luggage collection, grocery shopping… etc.
Depending on the downtime, it may have an additional cost.
